We take no salary and no admin cut, and we pay the travel and logistics ourselves. The one deduction is the payment fee: card & iDEAL gifts lose a small processing fee to the provider, and Thai QR and cash lose nothing at all.

Rice Run 5 prices, at the till in Ratchaburi. Planned this way a child's day comes to 102% of what it should be — a full plate, every macronutrient met. Staples means rice, mung beans, cooking oil and iodised salt: about 57% of that energy. The houses already cover the rest with school lunch, greens from the garden, and an egg or a piece of fish, so we bought the part that was missing rather than paying twice for the part that was not.
Two Rice Runs Per Year
We run two major campaigns each year, each providing approximately 6 months of supplies. This ensures continuous food security throughout the year.
- ✓Roughly every six months: we time each run so the shelves never run empty, rather than to a fixed month
- ✓Recent runs: Rice Run 4 delivered in February 2026; Rice Run 5 delivers in August 2026
- ✓Surplus Funds: Any excess goes directly to the next delivery
